Micro-Coil Winder Controls and Design
We've developed a standard servo-based micro-coil winder controls package that can be retrofitted to existing systems, or built into a custom design for your application! PC-based touch-screen controls, and a fully programmable interface that simplifies new coil development and prototyping. Capable of winding precious-metal fine wire down to 0.0010", at speeds of up to 6000 RPM, along a short or long traverse. We can help you bond catheter hubs with some standard fixturing we've developed. If you're using prototype tooling, you can upgrade quickly and inexpensively using some of our standard components, such as holding trays, rotating luer fittings, and light guide holders - give us a call!

Abilitek can supply (or retrofit your existing) HEPA filtration system with a direct feedback drive and integrate it into a new or existing control system to provide closed-loop control of single-phase-driven HEPA filter blowers used in precision environmental control systems for materials processing and coating applications.
